Mr. S. C. “Chief” Ebell is the Chief of Staff for the Department of Defense Cyber Defense Command (DCDC). In this role, he supports the Commander through executive leadership in synchronizing and optimizing strategies, policies, plans, programs, operations, budgets, governance structures, and staff integration to fulfill the command’s global command and control mission for ensuring a unified force approach to DoD network operations, cyber security actions, and defensive operations on the DoDIN.
